My Educational Journey

I went to university to learn all about how technology can help solve problems, and I graduated in Data Processing. Then, I specialized in systems through a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering and another in Education. I advanced even further with MBAs in Project Management and Corporate Education, always focusing on helping people work better together.

With my MBA, I gained the knowledge to manage projects and help teams work harmoniously. This means I can help you understand and use technology to make your work easier. This makes me great at finding the best solutions to help you and your business succeed.

Helping Businesses with ServiceNow

I help big companies use a smart tool called ServiceNow, which makes their work easier. At Aoop Cloud Solutions, I know how to make different parts of ServiceNow work really well.

For example, I help with making new apps, which is called Application Development. I also ensure things are safe and follow rules, known as Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Another part of my job is helping employees through HR Service Delivery. I make sure IT services run smoothly with IT Service Management. I use smart tools, called Now Intelligence, to help companies make good decisions. I manage the Now Platform and help plan and manage projects through Strategic Portfolio Management.

I always think about how to make things better and use my tech skills to help companies do great things.
